Reservations

Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers of occupants are subject to cancellation and no-show fees under the following terms:

• Peak Season: 0-14 days 100%, 15-44 days 50%, 45-60 days 25%
• High/Mid Season: 0-7 days 100%, 8-15 days 50%, 16-30 days 25%
• Low Season: 0-4 days 100%, 5-10 days 50%, 11-15 days 25%

Travel Insurance:
All clients/guests are required to take out comprehensive travel insurance upon confirmation of the booking, in order that compensation can be claimed in legitimate circumstances.

Important:
Kenya and Tanzania have nationwide bans on all plastic bags. Travellers coming into Kenya and Tanzania with duty-free plastic shop bags will be required to leave them at the airport.
Strict fines will be imposed to those found violating the regulation.

Provisional bookings:
Provisional bookings will be held and released in accordance with terms set out below. Bookings held provisionally will be released automatically on expiry without prior notification.
In times of high demand our hotel partners reserves the right to increase or shorten the provisional booking expiry period at their own discretion.

• Between 45 and 15 days 7 days
• Less than 14 days 48 hours

Payment Policy
Peak Season: A 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking and the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
High/Mid Season: A 25% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking and the balance is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Low/Green Season: Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Park Fees and Conservancy Fees
Please note that park fees, conservancy fees and camping fees are not included in the prices. We would recommend that you check the Park fee websites for details on the relevant fees before travel as they are subject to change without notice.
